Our Team

I was born and raised in Hampton Township just north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I graduated from Triangle Technical Institute with a degree in Architectural Drafting and Construction with Computer-Aided Drafting. In 1986 I started working for a small architectural firm here in Tampa, Florida. After getting a few years experience under my belt, I moved on to work for the City of Tampa where I became the Chief Residential Plans Examiner. After 14 years working with the city, I decided to switch gears and go back into the drafting and design business after seeing many years of the poor quality drawings that were coming in for review. Over the years, some of my clients included some of the largest hedge fund house flippers in the Tampa Bay area, contractors, home builders, as well as many homeowners along the way. Today my business is built on integrity, reputation, referrals and repeat clients.
